Bob Staebell is a long established artist in wood, and maker of custom & one of a kind furniture and cigar humidors.. His work is noted for crisp elegant design, and the use of unique three dimensional woods & combined with exquisite detail of joinery and inlays. He has been building humidors for private clients for many years as well as developing and making exclusive humidors for fine cigar retailers.  Each humidor is unique. There will never be another exactly like it. Mr. Staebell personally selects each element of wood from a single board, for quality of grain and color, then cuts it in a matched sequence to maintain continuity of grain pattern. Particular attention is given to the lid medallion, where the most interesting segment is used.  We hope you will enjoy the photo gallery that follows this page.  The finish on each humidor is the finest furniture grade lacquer. Multiple coats are applied, with sanding in between, then each humidor is hand rubbed to a soft satiny luster that retains the natural texture and feel of the wood.

Overbuilt? DEFINITELY! Our philosophy is to make a piece your grandchildren will fight over. Each humidor carries an unconditional guarantee of workmanship. THEY ARE NOT VOLUME PRODUCTION PIECES. EACH UNIQUE HUMIDOR IS SIGNED AND DATED. Should a problem ever occur. Call us, send it back and we will promptly repair it or send you a new humidor.
